What do I need to attend?

Just Zoom — free to download on any device. A quiet space where you feel comfortable. And a willingness to show up for yourself. That is all.

Will there be a replay?

No. This is intentional. The live container is the experience. If you cannot attend live this event is not the right fit — but the recorded workshop is available on the Offerings page.

What if I have never done nervous system work before?

This workshop is designed for exactly where you are right now. No prior experience needed. Everything is guided step by step. You will be held the entire time.

How is this different from the recorded Let It Go workshop?

The recorded workshop is the teaching. The live event is the room. When we regulate together, release together, and witness each other — the depth of the experience is completely different. The live container creates something a recording never can.
